How to download your DNA data from Ancestry.com?

Step 1 - Log in to your Ancestry.com account

Step 2 - Click on your name in the upper right hand corner of the screen

Step 3 - On the left side of the screen click on the DNA section of the settings tab

Step 4 - Click on your name under the Your DNA tests section.

Step 5 - Scroll down and click ‘Download DNA data’

Step 6 - Accept the terms and conditions and click continue

Step 7 - An email will be sent to you inbox with download instructions.

Step 8 - Go to your email and click ‘Confirm Data Download’

Step 9 - Click download DNA data
