How to download your DNA data from MyHeritage?

Downloading your DNA data from MyHeritage.

*note that files can only be downloaded to your computer, you cannot do this from your phone.

Step 1 . Hover over the DNA tab and go to 'Manage DNA kits':

Step 2. On the right-hand side of the MyHeritage kit, click on the three dots and choose ‘Download Kit’:

Step 3. - A window will pop up with information on what you are about to download. Click ‘Continue’:

Step 4. - Accept the terms and conditions and click continue

Step 5. An email with instructions will be sent to your registered email address.

Step 6. Click on the download link in the email. **The link is only valid for 24 hours so be sure to download your data straight away**

Step 7. Enter your MyHeritage password and click Download

Step 8. Wait for your download to start
